Terms of Service

1. Operator

The operator of dna.healthcare and dnanatury.pl (the "Service") is DNA HEALTHCARE PROSTA SPÓŁKA AKCYJNA, ul. Adama Branickiego 15, 02-972 Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0001147776, NIP 9512612550, REGON 540570713). Contact: mail@dna.healthcare.

2. What the Service is

• The Service streams nature sound recordings online and shares educational content on natural ways to support wellbeing.
• The content is for relaxation and education. It is not medical advice and does not replace consultation with a doctor or therapist.

3. Free and paid access (subscriptions)

• Part of the content is free — including a daily listening allowance (about 30 minutes per day), with no account required.
• We may offer paid content via subscriptions (access to more recordings). Scope, prices and billing period are shown in the Service before purchase.
• A subscription may renew automatically for the next period. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
• Payments are handled by an external payment provider. We do not store card data.

4. Licence and acceptable use

• Recordings are provided solely for private, personal listening within the Service (streaming).
• Downloading, copying, reproducing, distributing, public performance and commercial use are prohibited without the Operator's written consent.
• All rights to the content belong to the Operator or its licensors.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

• A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
• For digital content/services supplied before that period ends — at your express request and after you acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once performance begins — the right to withdraw expires when access starts / the service is fully performed.

6. Complaints

Please send complaints to mail@dna.healthcare. We respond within 14 days. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution, including the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Technical requirements

A device with a current browser, internet access and JavaScript enabled. Headphones are recommended for the "Spatial" mode.

8. Final provisions

• We may amend these Terms for valid reasons; changes are announced in the Service, and subscribers are notified in advance.
• Polish law applies. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
